Here are rules designed for The Devil City & Its 77 Vicious Princes to facilitate playing as Subordinate Questants, mysterious magi of the distant, misty nation of Mek-ma. Worship the Thrones! Haggle for quests! Mend the tatters of Reality! Though the concept was developed for 77 Vicious Princes it is easily adapted to any system with a modicum of tweaking.
