Story: dogs of the world have been pushed away and are being discriminated against. They have to live outside the main cities hiding from the robo cats. In secret, the dogs have been plotting against the cats to put them back in their place. They have been stealing cat technology and adjusting them for dogs to use. You play as one of these special forces agents from the dogs side and will make use of the cats technology to fight them back.
