Aquatic Drone Wars

SCOPE having only a short time to create this ,i decided to start with a premade game about tanks etc, changing the code as needed, and rip out the working code so it would not need testing, and had simple graphics so no copywrite issues , I have poor eyesight so cant check everything in a short time but will get there in the end,. The game is an underwater submarine and drone game, heavily reliant on oxygen . a nuclear war above water has poisoned the oxygen, now bases under the oceans make it....
