Arcadius: Arcade Champ

Arcadius is a work in progress, its not finished but I hope to take this project in a fun, wacky direction! I recently played Enviro-Bear 2000 (Extremely fun game) and thought to myself that I would like to make a similar game with a slight bit more functionality.
