Boarder Control: An RNG Strategy Game

Boarder Control is an turn-based RNG Strategy board game made for the 2020 GMTK Game Jam: "Out of Control". The goal is to strategically capture every enemy piece with your own different pieces. The twist is that the rules of the game are not in your control. Each turn, the rules change.
