Youre a bullet, confined in a single cavern in Hell, for the declared theme. Left and Right -- A/D or left and right arrows Jump (can do multiple/double jumps) -- W, up-arrow, space bar Avoid the blue star laser-bullets. If they hit you, you lose health points.
