Car Race (Summer Task)

Re-make of the original Car Race game. This has a lot of bugs and areas I am still working on making better so hopefully will be updated again ASAP. The enemy cars in the moving enemy file tend to want to fly away, while i find this funny it obviously isnt the intended outcome so i have also attached a version where the enemy cars dont move in case its too much.
