Cat Color Picker

This is version 0.1 of a cat pet simulator game (not a full game). I have no experience with shaders in Monogame or outside of Monogame. I wanted to see if I could allow a player to choose the color of a cat and this is a prototype of that. Any further development will be documented. All sprites made and owned by me.
