Cat on Hats

Cat on Hats is a top down, 2-D platformer, arcade game, where you play as "Spriggs", a cat, who is trying to cross the street, using hats as platforms to do so. These hats move up and down in columns, and the direction of these columns can be changed to assist in your journey to cross the street.
