Changuerías or City of Grackles

Changerías, or City of Grackles, is a collaborative worldbuilding game inspired by Tyler Crumrines Beak, Feather and Bone. Instead of Ravenfolk or Kenku, the feathered citizens of this world are Grackles, specifically the Greater Antillean Grackles found throughout the Caribbean. In Puerto Rico, these tiny blackbirds are called changos (CHAHN-gos.) The game starts with an unlabeled map. Players represent changuerías (chahn-gu-REE-ahs), or factions, and take turns claiming and describing structures and locations.
