I wanted to finally get around to completing a project. So I opened up Godot and made a chessboard. Its pretty simple, but some of its features could be useful for playing a few chess variants. Note that you can hold shift while letting go of a piece to stop it being snapped to the grid, if you want. There, uh, wasnt really room in the help sheet to put that in. MacOS users, note that: Control does mean Control here, not Command. Ctrl+O to open the save folder doesnt work for reasons unknown to me.
