Crosswell Tier 0

Crosswell is the name of a project I have at least 3 iterations of at this point, this being the third, and the second to get a version out to others. The name "Tier 0" refers to the fact that this game is designed to be in Tiers with the player advancing through the story as they progress in tiers.
