CryptoColour Poetry

A famous stanza of poetry is shown in a rainbow of red, orange, green, and blue letters. The letters of each colour are encrypted using a Caesar Shift, one of the oldest and simplest forms of ciphers in which each letter is replaced with whichever one is a given amount further ahead or farther behind in the alphabet (Example: A becomes C, B becomes D, C becomes E.)
