Da Shitta Box | my first ever game

Ive been at learning coding and game development for probably what is a week now. This game is really short and probably not that good, but it taught me a lot of basics and important things related to code. Please let me know all things wrong in this game and in which areas specifically I need to improve on. Thanks in advance :)
