Division of Labour is a dark comedy management sim that sees the player making moral decisions to balance the welfare of workers, against the demands of the overseer corporation. The core of the gameplay involves the player managing their workforce and machinery, to ensure that contracts are fulfilled. A player agrees to a contract, purchases resources and the managed workers work to fulfill that contract.
