Pancakes To make batter you need the following: - 1 cup of flour- 1 teaspoon of baking powder- 2 eggs - ½ teaspoon of salt - 2 tablespoons of sugar - 1 cup of milk - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil1) Combine and mix all the ingredients well in a large bowl.2) Spoon the batter onto the hot frying pan cook on both sides until golden brown. 3) Serve the pancakes with honey or jam.
