Eevees Balloon Adventure

Eevees sick of being made fun by his friends, so sets out on a journey to find his very own evolution stone! What friends and foes (mostly foes) will he meet along the way? What happens to all those enemies you plunge into the deep dark sea? And most importantly, why does this game only have 3 Eeveelutions? (I thought there were 8??)
