"Even Aliens Hate Prison" is our teams first foray into an angled top-down, pixel art style of game. We wanted to expand our artistic and mechanical skillsets and create a game that served as a double-entendre of this game jams theme: "You Are Not Alone." We did this by factoring in aliens and the use of multiplayer (via a single keyboard).
