It is about a man who signed a contract with the devil to help change his citys fate, as five years ago, he sold his soul to make sure a major earthquake didnt occur. The devil betrays him, and rises a tower from the middle of the city, causing chaos in its wake. Sometime later, the people of the city are made to become slaves for the devils amusement - and those who rebel against him...
