Although commonly referred to as Toukaidou Gojuusan-tsugi, the full name of the game is Kanshakudama Nage Kantarou no Toukaidou Gojuusan-tsugi, which can be roughly translated as "explosive throwing Kantarou and the 53 stations of the Toukaidou".
