Flare (javidx9)

Flare is my entry for olc::CodeJam2021. The theme was "The Future", and I believe I interpreted it in several ways. Firstly, it requires you to plan your actions in advance to make the best use of your time. Secondly, its futuristic looking. Thirdly, it is designed with "my" future in mind... I am raising javidx10, and at night they can be fussy. I wanted to create a project that can be played with one arm only. Additionally, I wanted it to be visually and sonically stimulating for little people...
