Flight Instructor Simulator

Flight Instructor Simulator (FI-SIM) is a gamified simulator in which the player is confronted with evaluation of pilots scenarios based on the Evidence-Based Training (EBT) paradigm. In order to assess competencies based on evidence, the instructor tries to perceive and correctly identify certain Observable Behaviors that may or may not be present in the pilot.
