Once upon a time in a fantasy world the king and his court cut pay and health benefits to the sanitary custodians of his nation. In response, the custodians organized a union, and began a massive labor strike: leaving the citizenry no other choice but to leave their garbage, blocks, and used up magical barriers in random fields.
