Global Warming (sgoak)

The game is turn-based for two players. The first player sinks the land fields according to a drawn number in the upper right corner. Then the appearance of a red square in the lower right corner indicates the possibility of building, in the first turn the city must be built. Then you can build villages, barracks (on land) or dams (if the city borders on water). The turn ends with a click on the red square. The new turn starts with sinking.
