Hello Neighbor 2: (no name yet) is a fangame that was made by torstaken as a small project for learning Unreal Engine. The idea started from a school project of making a game using any engine and Hello Neighbor 2 was a week away from releasing. It was originally going to be made with Unity and called Hello Neighbor 2: Unity Edition. The project was soon to not be only a school project but a project that was going to be for anytime and was going to be released to the public.
