Hookem & Bookem

In Hookem & Bookem, you are asked to police the downtown area of the city where all manner of criminals hang out. Locate and catch the suspect(s) as fast as possible for maximum points. Drive the car using WASD or cursor keys. NOTE This is not a complete project. The game is playable through 2 levels but may contain bugs.
