Hookshot Tower

My submission for Major Jam 3 I didnt have much free time to work on this one, but I wanted to participate in another game jam, and I wanted to test the "hookshot" idea. I dont normally make puzzle gams, but game jams are a great opportunity to try something new, so thats what I went with!
