I have always been afraid of socialising, especially in front of a group. I would anticipate that people would not like what I said or did before socialising I would be afraid to express myself for fear of rejection during socialising, and I would be stuck in a long retrospective afterwards. I refuse to enter new social situations, becoming less skilled at socialising. I always suspect I am not doing enough because I dont feel that compliments from others are.
