Isle of the Pestidice (GMTK 2022)

Fight waves of random critters using a variety of upgrades. Every 3 waves, you can choose a single item to improve your stats and help achieve a high score. Your health constantly drains and the only way to get it back is to kill enemies or use items, so be quick!
