Kowloon of the Stars: Toon Pre-viz

This short level in Unreal Engine 4 is interactive concept art for our new game, Kowloon of the Stars, a role-playing game still very early in development. This version is testing out a toon-shading approach for giving the game an anime-esque look.The visuals and ideas are for testing and are not representative of the final game.
