Lizargon Beta 0.3.0

Lizargon is (going to be) a 2d-platformer with a focus on speed, momentum, and agility. This third beta shows off all of Lizargons movement mechanics that will be in the final game, along with the general idea I have for the areas and progression for what I want in the final game.
