Lizargon Beta 0.4.0

Lizargons (temporary) Manual of Mechanics Lizargon Beta 0.4.0 marks the point where the games core mechanics are done! Of course, there will be fixes for any bugs that I find, but in terms of the core programming, the mechanics are done! Beta 0.4.0 introduces many fixes and tweaks to Lizargons movement and the new combat mechanics.
