Luna Program

The bug fix Luna Program.html is submitted 1 day after the deadline of Hexjam. It fixes an bug where a cosmonaut attempting to draw enemy fire away from an injured comrade will error out and the cosmonaut will do nothing. Also fixes an issue where cosmonauts are unable to patch other cosmonauts up.Apply the patch by overwriting the Luna Program.html with the patched html.
