Summary You must heal infected villagers, including you. You are limited to have 3 heal kits (max capacity) 1 heal kit for 1 unit, obtain them from the heal box supply. If you are infected even a little bit you can spread the infection to others, whereas villagers can only spread if it becomes fully infected.
