Select a road type at the bottom (each type can only be used for 1 road). Click and drag from a market to create a road. Select wagons and carts at the left. Wagons are placed on roads, and carts are placed on wagons. Deselect them after use to avoid problems drawing road. Wagons and carts both hold up to 6 items.
