Minesweeper, but with Powerups

This functions like Minesweeper, with a couple distinctions: Difficulty is determined by spaces-per-mine, which is a more accurate way to determine difficulty in differently-sized boards. Note that you can still see the number of mines before playing, and the first 3 difficulties match those seen in most Minesweeper games.There are optional powerups!
