My Ball and Chain

In a dystopian neon-lit future where prisoners have AI-controlled ball-and-chain restraints, one convict will try to make a break for it - and the ball and chain wants to come with! Use the ball and chain as a grappling hook or anchor point to make your way through the games platforming challenges.
