this environment is a reflection of my mind and the aesthetics that i try to base my work around. my main inspiration is the environment that i grew up in--the beach. i spent a lot of time near the water and can attribute my happiest memories to the ocean, which i believe plays a big part in the nostalgia that i strive to express in my work. along the lines of nostalgia, i was also influenced by cyberpunk/vaporwave (lol) aesthetics, retrofuturism, the work of hajime sorayama, and super smash bro...
