Myopic Tracer

Inspired by connect the dots... but with a twist! You are not given the entire view of the paper. Instead, your viewport is restricted to a small area of the paper, and you have to figure out where the next dot is, in order to join them together to form a final picture. The distance to the next dot is given as a basic hint. Some dots provide you with a random powerup that gives you additional hints to make it easier to join future dots together.
