The networks are down and must be repaired. Unfortunately its a legacy network and they are complicated beasts. Use long wires and the quality gets degraded. Let the wires cross each other and you introduce crosstalk. Can you fix the networks while keeping these at a minimum? And dont forget, your work performance is being monitored.
