Noir (Disaster Tourism)

NOIR is a solo rpg set in the 1920s. Using prompts, coin flips, and dice rolls, youll write a mystery, and attempt to solve it. Come up with an initial theory and test it against your evidence. Follow the clues where they lead, to different scenes throughout the city. Confront the culprit and try to apprehend them.
