For the GMTK Gamejam, Me and my friend made a game that uses only One, source of input, this means, that all your funtionality is comfortabaly fitted on only the mouse. This mechanic is very hadicap friendly, since mouse and keyboard based games may be hard to play for some, but with only the mouse, you only have to focus on that source of input.
