Entry for the 3rd Game Makers Toolkit Game Jam Theme: Only One Out of Phase is a bullet hell shooter themed around controlling direction and managing health. Enemies can only hit you if you are travelling along the same line as they are. You have a single Bomb charge that clears a region around you, and can be recharged by taking damage.
