September 1983 Young Bill finds a curious looking VHS tape in his old mans attic. Being the speculative type and one to ignore his fathers orders, he puts the tape in his VCR Boom! The TV explodes, bringing to life four horrors from the silver screen - Bobo the Carnivorous Clown, Robert the disgruntled hockey player, Frederick the hooked hoodlum and Molars the shark.
