Parades Popping Off

NOTE: build resubmitted well after deadline, as submitted build was just an .exe and did not have the unity DATA file in it. I dont mind if this disqualifies the submission, Id rather people actually be able to play it. :P Walk around with arrow keyspress wierd shapes with cursor to talk make friends the parade is important
