Truth or Dare is our SPIN (thank you) on a classic party game! WHAT IS TRUTH OR DARE? Truth or Dare uses a spinning wheel to decide your fate. Sit in a circle with your friends, choose someone to go first. That person is the dare master and must pick someone to be their victim. They must let their victim spin the wheel. Once it stops the daremaster must ask their victim either a deep dark truth or dare them to do something.
