Popping Balloons

Oh no my party is ruined, the balloons are on the loss and are flying around, help me pop them to avoid them from touching the power line. But dont destroy the red one, it possesses no harm, it is an imposter and destroying it remove +1 balloon warning light leaving it to Yellow, if it happens again it leaves red until game over.
