Power On Or Off

In this game, you have nightmares where the power is on or off. In your nightmares, youre being stalked by an entity that you fear. The entity will also torment your neighbor. But theyre all just dreams. You dont even have a stalker. Unless...? (To be honest, some parts of the game take inspiration from a game called Try To Fall Asleep by AmberDrop.)
