In Presidents, you take on 3 computer opponents with the goal of playing all of your cards before the other players. The winner becomes the President of the next round, reaping the rewards of power (fewer cards, trades low cards for high cards). A player gets rid of their cards by taking turns playing them in hands like Singles, Doubles, Triples, Runs and Bombs.
