Qst Godot Shader Test

Continuing my Godot Tests from the last few days: Godot 3D Test Godot 2D Test Godot Audio Test I experimented with shaders today. I used this Godot shader tutorial by Heartbeast. Same shader, modded it to update over time. Used the Godot logo and an old SS of my first Ludum Game to show the result. TODO: Use in other tests. Try other basic shaders. Use a shader in 3D.
